Argus AI provides operational infrastructure solutions for businesses, including intelligent chat, automated voice, workflow, analytics, customer nurturing, and administration modules. The specific scope of each service is defined in the corresponding agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All content, design, logos and software of Argus AI are the exclusive property of Argus and are protected by intellectual property laws. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
Argus AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption arising from the use of our services, provided we have acted with reasonable diligence. Our maximum liability shall be the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
5. Confidentiality
Argus AI undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of your business information. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
